Positive: It was clean and had been renovated not long ago
Negative: I found a bed very uncomfortable. It was made of a foam sort of stuff. The ceiling light in one of the rooms didn’t work and that was the one that had a fan in the ceiling. One of the bedside lights was electrically faulty and was unable to be used. Some of the cupboard open and close latches did not work. There was only one knife in the category drawer. The garage was filthy hadn’t been maintained. The front gate was very hard to open and close and the door handles and locks needed to be oiled. They were stiff and hard to open for an old person with arthritic hands. The bed was a big problem. You could not roll over in it. You had to physically lift your body up to roll over.

Positive: Five star for general condition of house inside and out Decking and tiled entry excellent Water flow into vanity poor with only cold water Main area of concern the kitchen Considerable force required to open one of the cupboard drawers Heat mats to protect bench urgently required One tea towel in the house insufficient Bed linen cleanliness excellent Two small saucepans provided are from a bygone era Need immediate replacement Once seated in lounge chairs it is a challenge to get out of them

Positive: What a lovely little holiday cottage - so well-appointed, comfortable and modern. I loved the decks - at both front and back. My dog LOVED the backyard, and I appreciated the surrounding gardens. Appreciated the glimpse of ocean in the front yard, and the carport for my car.
Negative: Very little to not like I would say. If anything, I found the kitchen draws and doors a bit unreliable (ie soft close mechanisms), and the kitchen sink cupboard seemed to break whilst I was there (I was unable to fix it I'm sorry).
Summary: Wonderful, relaxed stay in perfect beach cottage comfort.

Positive: Great place for someone with dogs. Huge outside yard for them to play in. Appliances and fixtures were nice and modern. House was very clean, well laid out. Neighborhood nice and quiet.
Negative: Dryer function in washer dryer didn't dry clothes fast enough. Cabinet doors to the washer were broken. But they had clothelines available and plenty of chairs on the deck to dry things.
